Job summary

Tri-State Bobcat in Little Canada, MN is seeking a Service Coordinator to support service operations, warranty administration, and dispatch. You’ll coordinate extended warranties, Machine IQ, and driver movements while partnering with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

This full-time role emphasizes organized, reliable multitasking and clear communication. You’ll schedule field service, manage documentation, and help keep schedules accurate as you grow with our 40+ year-old equipment

Compensation: $26–$32/hour

Location: Little Canada, MN

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No evenings or weekends

Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Little Canada team. You'll support service operations through warranty administration, equipment technology, technician dispatch, and company driver coordination.

You’ll take ownership of extended warranties and Machine IQ while becoming cross‑trained to support our Warranty Administrator. As you gain experience, you’ll take on field service dispatch and coordinate company drivers for inventory movement, equipment transfers, deliveries, and pickups.

What You'll Do

• Communicate directly with customers regarding extended warranty registrations, documentation, and follow-up
• Manage Machine IQ and support Service and Sales teams with equipment information
• Provide backup support for the Warranty Administrator
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians
• Coordinate and dispatch company drivers for inventory movement, equipment transfers, deliveries, and pickups
• Communicate schedules and changes with technicians, drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and help improve scheduling and service coordination
