Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls for service requests and connect to appropriate party.
• Create service work order tickets and related paperwork.
• Schedule service requests using mapping apps if needed.
• Dispatch service requests to Electrical Technicians.
• Generate invoicing and processing, including third-party paperwork.
• Prepare monthly service work order reports and maintain notes.
• Inform customers of billing rates and specifications.
• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers’ requests.
