This position coordinates day-to-day service operations, communicates with customers and technicians, and supports billing, scheduling, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with experience in service coordination or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or electrical contracting is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical construction and service operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and coordinate incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, track labor hours, and monitor job status.
• Process service documentation and assist with invoicing and billing.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, proposals, and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain filing systems and customer records; communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with service department reporting and operational improvements.
