Job summary

MC&R Pools, Inc. is growing and seeks a Service Coordinator to be the primary contact for maintenance and service support. You will coordinate work orders, manage pricing and schedules, and keep accurate records throughout the service lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, are highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Electrical, plumbing, and concrete knowledge is a plus for this role in Sioux Falls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• General understanding of electrical, plumbing, and concrete concepts is preferred.
• Basic understanding of swimming pool operations and equipment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Communicate with customers and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with service technicians, vendors, manufacturers, and clients to schedule service consultations and resolutions.
• Manage scheduling for up to ten Service Technicians.
• Oversee service workflow and provide customers with timely updates on appointments and delays.
• Track work orders through the full customer lifecycle to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records of all signed service agreements, pricing, and schedules.
