Overview

MC&R Pools Inc. is a well-established company in Sioux Falls, SD, specializing in aquatic construction, design and service since 1975. We are looking for skilled Swimming Pool Service Technicians to join our team working at municipal, commercial and residential jobsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment or systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical parts.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to assist in other departments as required and maintain high accuracy in all technical tasks.
• Apply regional knowledge of pool chemistry to maintain safe and balanced water conditions.
• Prior building trades experience is a plus but is not a prerequisite.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License is required for travel to various locations.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or part of a team.
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, some Saturdays during peak season.
