This position is a Service Coordinator supporting the Customer Center and serving the compressed air needs of the industrial sector. The Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, and efficiently and effectively coordinating service technicians to meet customer needs. Service Coordinators will manage and communicate with customers, sales teams, and management, while adhering to all order management and operational requirements of the role.
This position will be based in Kansas City, MO, and may travel occasionally within the U.S. for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5‑10%).
