Job summary

Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to keep the service department running smoothly. The role focuses on coordinating with technicians, guiding daily operations, and ensuring no task slips through the cracks.

You will interact with customers, manage schedules, and help document work orders for a seamless service flow. This daytime, Monday–Friday position from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM includes a comprehensive benefits package and a path for long-term growth

Responsibilities

• Serve as the center of daily service operations and ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
• Review technician follow-up sheets and coordinate with the Service Manager to improve efficiency.
• Adjust schedules to maximize productivity and assist customers with questions or concerns.
• Maintain clear communication among customers, technicians, and management.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE EVERY DAY AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be at the center of daily service operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day may begin by reviewing technician follow-up sheets, coordinating with the Service Manager to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and making schedule adjustments that maximize productivity. Throughout the day, you'll assist customers with questions and concerns, help maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and management, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time. By keeping information organized, schedules optimized, and communication flowing, you'll play a critical role in both customer satisfaction and the overall success of the service department.
