Job summary

Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to keep the service department running smoothly. The role focuses on coordinating with technicians, guiding daily operations, and ensuring no task slips through the cracks.

You will interact with customers, manage schedules, and help document work orders for a seamless service flow. This daytime, Monday–Friday position from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM includes a comprehensive benefits package and a path for long-term growth

Qualifications

HVAC knowledge or prior experience with an HVAC company.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and leadership.
Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as the center of daily service operations and ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
Review technician follow-up sheets and coordinate with the Service Manager to improve efficiency.
Adjust schedules to maximize productivity and assist customers with questions or concerns.
Maintain clear communication among customers, technicians, and management.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
