Job summary

Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to lead a field crew and ensure installations meet our high safety and quality standards. This is a full-time role with a focus on teamwork, customer communication, and on-time project delivery.

You will oversee equipment installation, piping and terminations, and ensure startup and closeout paperwork are completed accurately. The position offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Connecticut State D or S License required.
• 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred.

At Least 2 Years Of HVAC Experience Is Preferred.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime opportunities available, and all employees report to a central location before traveling in company vehicle to their assigned job sites.

In this role, you'll communicate directly with customers to review equipment placement and project expectations.
