Job summary

Landtrust Title Services is seeking an Escrow Officer to coordinate closing documents among buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. You will disburse funds and ensure documents meet legal standards, while balancing files in ResWare.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused CX guidance, with responsibilities across daily task management, closings, and post-closing support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of title company experience and/or a bachelor’s degree or established business background required.
• Active Notary Public commission in the State required.
• Strong ability to work professionally and collaboratively in a team.
• Customer service focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Open to feedback, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter closing figures and balance files in ResWare; liaison between realtors and lenders.
• Coordinate with lenders for Closing Package and Final CD where applicable.
• Respond to emails and calls per CX guidelines; manage inquiries and close-ready documentation.
• Attend and facilitate closings, ensuring proper execution of packages and signatures.
