You will handle time entries, create work orders, assist with customer profiles, gather payment details, and help generate invoices while supporting inventory and first-point-of-contact duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and customer service skills.
• Basic invoicing and work order knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.

Responsibilities
