You will coordinate incoming service requests, dispatch technicians, and maintain accurate records to keep our service operations running smoothly. The role emphasizes proactive communication with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, customer service, or admin roles.
• Experience with service scheduling or dispatch software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and computer skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in industrial equipment or service-based industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service requests and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
• Schedule and prioritize service work to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain technician activity records, labor entries, and service documentation.
• Process purchase orders and manage subcontracted service work.
• Create and maintain user accounts within Tinnacity and process internal purchase orders.
• Follow up on quoted repair work to obtain customer approvals and service completion.
• Process and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and repair status.
• Work with Service Managers, technicians, Parts, and other departments to ensure customer service excellence.
