Job summary

Crown Equipment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Customer Care Representative to join our Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers and Service Technicians, coordinating service requests and ensuring accurate invoicing to support aftermarket services.

In addition to logging and dispatching work orders, you will maintain maintenance agreements, monitor time tracking, and collaborate with Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in service administration or similar coordination role.
• Strong data entry and invoicing accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and coordinate customer service and maintenance requests
• Dispatch and support field technicians, ensuring scheduling and communication
• Process and verify work orders, parts, and labour for invoicing
• Maintain and update service and maintenance agreements
• Monitor compliance with service procedures, time tracking, and reporting
• Liaise with Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to coordinate activities
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Service Department
