Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 3-5 years of Controls Sales experience.
• Strong computer skills in MS 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
• Close sufficient sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog for Controls system replacements and PM agreements.
• Develop technical skills to understand the functionality of installed systems and relate them to building function.
• Coordinate with Controls Sales, Service, Engineers, Contractors to ensure accurate system design.
