Arthrex, Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking a Service Contracts Coordinator II to ensure contract accuracy and support service revenue. You will work with the Service Sales team, contracts group, and global stakeholders to streamline processes and customer support.

A bachelor's degree and 6 years’ related experience are required; SAP/Salesforce experience is preferred. This role emphasizes collaboration and precise data handling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, management, or engineering.
• 6 years’ experience in contracts, customer service or related field required.
• 3 years’ experience in medical device industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter device service exchanges in SAP and verify contract accuracy.
• Assist in preparation, review, and administration of service contract proposals.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters related to service and extended warranties.
• Secure necessary approvals and ensure standard procedures are followed.
• Compile and maintain global installation base, contract utilization, win/loss and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor, track and report on key account satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Manager - Service Sales and Product Management to introduce new service products into markets.
