Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics.
Join our Talent Acquisition team on our Santa Barbara campus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and drive recruiting strategies, sourcing, screening, and offers for exempt and non-exempt roles. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of recruiting experience, with strong communication and partnership skills to deliver an outstanding candidate
Formación
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Three years recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS usage.
Responsabilidades
- Staff exempt and non-exempt roles in a timely manner.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job postings and requisitions.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with legal and company standards.
- Pre-screen candidates via phone, video or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate background checks with the TA team.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to source talent.
