Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company located in Santa Barbara, CA. The Service Contracts Coordinator II will support contract accuracy, service proposals, and customer interactions while working closely with Service Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize service-related revenue.

This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years in contracts or related fields; SAP and Salesforce

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 years' experience in contracts, customer service, or related field
• 3 years' experience in medical device industry preferred

Mansioni

• Enter device service exchanges in SAP and verify contract accuracy
• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of service contract proposals
• Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters related to service and extended warranties
• Secure necessary approvals and ensure standard procedures are followed
• Compile and maintain global installation base, contract utilization, win/loss and revenue forecasting analysis
• Monitor, track and report on key account satisfaction
• Collaborate with Manager - Service Sales and Product Management to introduce new service products into new markets
