Arthrex, Inc., located in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking a Service Contracts Coordinator II to ensure contract accuracy and support the service and repair organization. The role collaborates with the Service Sales Manager, other coordinators, and global partners to maximize service revenue.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with six years of contracts or customer service experience. SAP and Salesforce experience is preferred, and the position requires strong attention to detail and

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six years of experience in contracts, customer service or related field.
• Experience in medical devices preferred (3 years).

Responsabilidades

• Enter device service exchanges in SAP and verify contract accuracy.
• Assist in preparation, review and administration of service contract proposals.
• Serve as point of contact for customers on contractual matters related to service and extended warranties.
• Secure necessary approvals and ensure standard procedures are followed.
• Compile and maintain installation base, contract utilization and revenue forecasting analyses to identify trends.
• Monitor and report key account satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Manager - Service Sales and Product Management to plan new service products for new markets.
