Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Contract Administrator to manage accurate setup, maintenance, renewal, and administration of Service Agreements across the contract lifecycle. You will enable service delivery, revenue recognition, invoicing, and reporting by ensuring data integrity and system readiness.

You will process bookings, verify information, create/maintain agreements, PM plans, and coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery, Billing, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and keep

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in contract administration, service administration, order management, billing, data entry, or related admin function.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with bFO/Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP/service-management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process new and renewing Service Agreement bookings accurately and within timelines.
• Review contract booking information for completeness and accuracy before setup.
• Create and maintain Service Agreements with required data including dates, customer info, classifications, and service coverage.
• Establish and maintain service contract lines based on services in each agreement.
• Create and validate Preventive Maintenance plans per contract requirements.
• Review PM schedules to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
