Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in billing, invoicing, and contract audits.
• Associates Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English proficiency; familiarity with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process service agreements and ensure timely invoicing.
• Verify prices, match purchase orders and invoices in ERP.
• Maintain contract documentation and assist monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales and IT teams to renew contracts.
• Adhere to compliance and manage customer inquiries about contracts.
