Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Contract Billing Specialist to manage all aspects of service contracts, proposals, and renewals. You will prepare proposals, explain terms to customers, and ensure invoicing aligns with contracts and ERP records.

Ideal candidates have billing and contract audit experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This role requires a 9-hour shift window between early morning and evening in California and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Requires 2+ years in billing, invoicing, and contract audits.
• Associates Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English proficiency; familiarity with Windows and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process service agreements and ensure timely invoicing.
• Verify prices, match purchase orders and invoices in ERP.
• Maintain contract documentation and assist monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales and IT teams to renew contracts.
• Adhere to compliance and manage customer inquiries about contracts.
