Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe, NC seeks a Service Contract Invoicing Manager to lead the invoicing function for service contracts across North America. You will own invoicing processes, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with Receivables, Operations, and branch leadership.

The role requires strong billing knowledge, 2+ years of experience, excellent communication, and leadership to coach a small team. On-site at Corporate HQ with a focus on continuous improvement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years in billing, service contracts, or related experience).
• Medical billing/coding experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ownership of the service contract invoicing function, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and PM planning.
• Manage and improve invoicing processes, controls, and performance to support growth across North America.
• Partner with Receivables and branch operations to ensure invoicing aligns with contractual obligations and standards.
• Serve as primary escalation point for invoicing issues and drive resolutions for internal/external customers.
• Support initiatives through process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiencies.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Review and analyze reporting on service contracts, invoicing activity, and customer service metrics to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and branch leadership to align invoicing practices with business objectives.
• Support reporting manager with departmental planning, special projects, and organizational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
