Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions, is seeking an detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join the receivables team in the US. You will process billing for service calls, coordinate with multiple branches, and maintain customer records in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements include an Associates Degree or equivalent, 2 years in billing or customer service, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (2 years billing and/or customer service)
• Associates degree or related experience in medical billing/coding is a plus
• Experience with general billing procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Team oriented and able to coach peers as needed
• Familiarity with MS Office products and electronic spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions related to customer service calls
• Collaborate with receivables department and US branches for accurate billing
• Update customer and end-user information
• Perform administrative functions as directed by the Manager
• Provide support to the reporting manager on daily functions
• Assist during month-end and peak workload periods
