Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Contract Invoicing Manager for North America, based in Monroe, NC. The role reports to the Invoicing Department Manager within Finance and directs the NA invoicing function from the corporate headquarters.

The successful candidate will lead service contract invoicing, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Receivables, Operations, and branch leadership to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Proven competence in billing procedures and invoicing operations.
• Contract administration knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the service contract invoicing function for NA.
• Improve invoicing processes, controls, and performance across NA.
