Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to read contracts, prepare customer invoices, and ensure accurate billing in a fast-paced office environment. You will work with service teams and use Excel, billing systems, and portals to keep billing on time and accurate.

The role supports contract compliance, KPI tracking, and reporting, with opportunities for growth through CBX University and leadership training.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year in billing, administrative, contract administration, service coordination, or related experience preferred.
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Reads and interprets service contracts, work orders, and related records to compile billing information.
Prepares and submits customer invoices in accordance with contracts and SLAs.
Utilizes internal systems, Excel, and portals to process billing activity.
Meet or exceed KPI standards for the position.
Collaborates with service coordinators, technicians, and operations to ensure timely invoicing.
Assist with reporting related to contract performance and billing activity.
