Job summary

Hyundai Motor America seeks a service consultant to initiate automotive services and repairs by diagnosing performance issues and service requests. You will verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain customer records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in automotive service or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates and write repair orders.
• Maintain customer records and serve as liaison between customer and technician, ensuring understanding of needs and recommended work.
