Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a service consultant to initiate automotive services and repairs by diagnosing performance problems and handling service requests, while ensuring warranty and service contract coverage is verified.

In this role you will write repair orders, develop estimates, maintain customer records, and act as the liaison between the customer and the technician to ensure needs are understood and services are clearly communicated.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service advisory.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
