Job summary

Servco Leeward in Hawaii is hiring a Service Consultant responsible for greeting customers, determining needed vehicle services, and coordinating between customers and technicians to explain work and costs. You will inspect vehicle records, provide accurate estimates, book repairs, arrange loaner cars, and follow up on back orders while ensuring all requested work is completed and paid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience.
• General mechanical knowledge gained either through work experience or education.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and strong driving record.
• Auto dealership service writing experience preferred.

• Check to ensure all items the customer requested was completed and payment is made before returning the vehicle to the customer.

Service Consultants receive a $2000 a month guaranteed base salary and a competitive incentive program. We also compensate our Service Consultants who receive strong customer service scores.
