The greeter will identify customer needs, guide them to the right service advisor, and manage the check-in process for appointments while coordinating with staff to ensure a smooth visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer-facing communication and professional presentation.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office tools and office equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and promptly at the service department entry.
• Present a professional, approachable first contact for customers.
• Initiate conversations to determine service needs and direct to the appropriate advisor.
• Direct customers to the correct service area and assist with check-in for appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of the dealership layout to guide customers efficiently.
