Responsibilities include guiding customers, gathering information, answering questions about services and wait times, keeping the drive area neat, and supporting the service team to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the service department.
• Provide a warm, welcoming environment.
• Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors.
• Gather necessary customer information and update the service advisor accordingly.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about services, wait times, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized service drive area.
• Collaborate with the service team to manage customer flow.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
