Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple calls per hour with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and data-entry skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer service department calls and direct to the appropriate advisor.
• Schedule service recall appointments and provide updates.
• Greet clients in person when needed and handle rental check-in/out.
