Responsibilities

• Field all calls for the service department and route to the correct advisor.
• Answer client questions and schedule service recall appointments.
• Greet clients in person when needed and provide service updates.
• Verify customer information for rentals and coordinate vehicle availability.
• Receipting payments for rental vehicles and services.
• Check in/out service rentals and complete rental paperwork.
