Job summary

CarMax in Pharr, TX is seeking a Customer Operator to deliver outstanding customer service and support the Service Department. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, manage service appointments, and help ensure a smooth repair process.

You will handle reminders, schedule repairs, file repair orders, and maintain accurate records while following CarMax EH&S guidelines. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors to ensure smooth experiences.
• Schedule service appointments and route calls with clear responses.
• Perform reminder calls for upcoming appointments and follow up on parts.
• Contact customers with repair requests to schedule appointments and maintain records.
• Audit sublet invoices and monitor loaner logs for compliance.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep a clean work area.
