Job summary

You will assist customers in person and over the phone and support service processes before, during, and after repairs, becoming the friendly, knowledgeable contact that ensures efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all service calls with empathy.
• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors with interactions as needed.
• Schedule service appointments and route calls and inquiries accurately.
• Deliver timely written messages to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule repair appointments and remind customers of upcoming visits; notify when parts arrive.
• Audit sublet invoices, loaner logs, and dealer tags per CarMax guidelines.
