Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor to guide owners through their service experience with empathy and organization. This role acts as the central liaison between customers, technicians, and the service production team, ensuring clear communication and seamless processes.

The position supports Rivian’s hospitality standards and brand experience, with opportunities across entry to senior levels. Training and process improvements are part of the role across new Service Center launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Automotive service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must be available for a 40-hour work week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Rivian owners from appointment to handover.
• Document owner concerns in the repair order and set clear expectations.
• Translate technician notes into simple language for customers.
• Proactively communicate status updates and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service activities.
• Explain estimates and invoices clearly.
