C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Service Concierge to be the face of our service operations, coordinating vehicle pick-ups, overseeing maintenance appointments, and ensuring timely returns. You will drive multiple vehicle types, interact with customers professionally, and use the Driver Q App to keep movements organized.

• Prepare vehicles (wash, vacuum, final inspection) before delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and services performed.
• Comply with traffic laws and dealership safety protocols.
• Respond to customer needs promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service team to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and duties.
