• Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays a month.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries on the phone and in person.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Explain invoices and charges to customers and edit invoices as needed.
• Submit invoices to third-party companies and collect payments.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally and coordinate with service team.
