Responsibilities

• Meet customer service needs promptly and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments over the phone.
• Resolve conflicts in person and over the phone.
• Explain invoices and charges; edit invoices as needed.
• Submit invoices to third-party companies and collect payment.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate actions with managers, service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Submit accurate deposits (cash, checks, cards).
• Generate additional business and make outbound calls for repairs, service, parts, and recalls.
