Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments over the phone.
• Resolve conflicts in person or by phone.
• Explain invoices and edit charges as needed.
• Submit invoices to third-party companies and collect payments.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate actions with managers, service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Submit accurate cash, check, and credit card deposits.
• Generate additional business and place outbound calls for repairs, service parts, and recalls.
