Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate who will work hand-in-hand with the Service Drive Buyer to deliver a complete, informed sales experience. You will identify upgrade potential, build rapport, and guide clients through financing options from start to finish.

The role offers a Draw + Commission compensation structure, with a pay range of $55,000 to $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within Schomp Automotive

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage time and activities.
• Ability to follow a defined sales process and complete detailed transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mine prospective clients with upgrade potential.
• Proactively loop in the Service Drive Buyer for upgrades or equity opportunities.
• Engage with clients and build rapport.
• Offer applicable finance products to clients whose vehicles are coming out of warranty or maintenance.
• Complete the entire sales transaction from beginning to end.
• Follow-up and connect with clients periodically.
• Engage every viable service drive lead.
• Maintain daily metrics and keep systems current.
• Interact with all customers in an enthusiastic, professional manner.
