Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a full-time Sales position in the Service Drive to provide a complete, informed sales experience with customers. You will identify upgrade potential, engage clients, and guide them through the entire sales process from start to finish.

The role offers a pay range of $55,000 to $120,000 per year, with a draw plus commission structure. Applicants should have a High School Diploma, excellent communication, be self-motivated, and be able to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with time management abilities.
• Must be able to work retail hours, including nights, Saturdays, holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mine prospective clients with upgrade potential.
• Proactively loop in the Service Drive Buyer for upgrades.
• Engage with the clients and build rapport.
• Offer applicable finance products to clients whose vehicles are coming out of warranty or factory maintenance.
• Complete the entire sales transaction from beginning to end.
• Follow-up and connect with clients periodically.
• Consistently engage every viable service drive lead.
• Maintain daily metrics and keep systems current and completed.
