Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to present suitable vehicle options.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Partner with the Finance team on financing options based on credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values.
• Use the CRM system to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads.
