Job summary

Clean Earth, Inc. is seeking a Service Transportation Manager to lead the transportation team at the service center, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will coordinate with customer service, operations, and the support team to meet SLAs and KPIs while supporting account retention.

You will oversee route management, driver performance, training, and payroll coordination, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; B.S. in environmental field preferred.
2+ years leadership experience in transportation or related field.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Experience with transportation management software or fleet systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach service-center transportation team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure DOT compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements across the service center.
Collaborate with sales and order management to resolve customer issues and retain accounts.
Oversee route planning, driver debriefs, and performance reporting.
Support payroll, training, and onboarding in coordination with HR.
