Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Supervisor, Service Center (2nd Shift) to lead the day-to-day operations of the Lucid Service Center. You will manage advisors, technicians, service assistants, and parts staff while ensuring a superb customer experience and efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate has automotive service leadership experience, learning agility, and a strong track record in customer service. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate training, and collaborate with HR on people

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience with KPI awareness (CSI, Repair Completion Time, Days Down, PDI turnaround).
• Learning agility and willingness to take on more responsibility to grow into management.
• Self-starter with curiosity to review processes and drive changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop service team and day-to-day service operations, including customer interactions, reporting and repairs.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to drive results.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of service staff; ensure timely staffing.
• Support and follow up on all training initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities.
• Ensure top-tier Lucid customer experience and professional relationships with clients/vendors.
• Manage timecards and schedules for the service center team.
• Address client concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
• Develop knowledge of industry standards and ensure department compliance.
• Delegate service tasks and ensure timely vehicle repairs and returns.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Perform quality checks on vehicles after repairs.
