Job summary

Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Service Center Manager based in Cincinnati to lead operations for our Cincinnati, OH and Charleston, WV service centers. You will guide 20–25 technical staff, oversee daily center operations, and ensure fleet availability and safety compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years in operations leadership, 3 years managing technical teams, and a strong mechanical background. You’ll collaborate with sales, fleet, and logistics teams to keep power solutions running reliably.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• 3 years of direct management of technical employees.
• Manage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysis.
• Experience as location safety leader.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background.

Responsibilities

• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region.
• Coach and develop 20-25 technical employees.
• Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution.
• Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center.
• Accountable for local fleet.
• Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment.
• Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams.
• Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.
• Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings.
