Job summary

Aggreko is hiring a Service Center Manager in Lithonia, GA to lead daily operations and logistics for our local service center. You will partner with sales, fleet and logistics teams to ensure fleet availability and deployment readiness.

The role requires 6+ years of operational leadership and experience managing technical staff, plus a strong focus on safety, teamwork and customer service. A power/HVAC background and ERP proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry.
• 6+ years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• 6+ years of direct management of technical employees.
• Manage P&L of 5+ years of reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, safety driven, customer service and Leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations leadership for our Lithonia, GA Service Center
• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region
• Coach and develop 10+ technical employees
• Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution
• Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center
• Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment
• Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams
• Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
• Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings
