Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead our Cincinnati, OH and Charleston, WV service centers. You will drive daily operations, oversee fleet logistics, and collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure uptime.

The role requires 5-7 years of operations leadership and 3 years of direct management of technical staff, with a focus on safety and reliability across power generation assets.

Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Service Center Manager based in Cincinnati. You’ll provide operations leadership to our Cincinnati, OH and the Charleston, WV service centers.

Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

What You’ll Do As a Service Center Manager

• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region
• Coach and develop 20-25 technical employees
• Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution
• Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center
• Accountable for local fleet
• Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment
• Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams
• Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
• Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings

You Are

• 5-7 years of relevant operations leadership experience
• 3 years of direct management of technical employees
• Manage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysis
• Experience as location safety leader
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
