Job summary

Aggreko LLC in Lithonia, GA is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive safety, and coordinate a regional team of technicians and support staff. You will collaborate with sales, fleet, and logistics to ensure fleet readiness and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry.
• 6+ years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• 6+ years of direct management of technical employees.
• Manage P&L of 5+ years of reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, safety driven, customer service and Leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations leadership for our Lithonia, GA Service Center.
• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region.
• Coach and develop 10+ technical employees.
• Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution.
• Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center.
• Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment.
• Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams.
• Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.
• Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings.
