Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead our Cincinnati, OH and Charleston, WV service centers. You will drive daily operations, oversee fleet logistics, and collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure uptime.

The role requires 5-7 years of operations leadership and 3 years of direct management of technical staff, with a focus on safety and reliability across power generation assets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of operations leadership experience.
• 3 years of direct management of technical employees.
• Experience managing P&L and reporting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers in the region.
• Coach and develop 20-25 technical employees.
• Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution and scheduling.
• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the service center.
• Ensure maintenance, availability, and reliability of the fleet.
