Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Service Center Manager for our Lithonia, GA Service Center. The role provides operations leadership to ensure efficient daily operations, fleet reliability, and safety compliance at the site.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in power generation/HVAC operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in the power generation/HVAC industries.
• 6+ years of operations leadership experience.
• 6+ years of direct management of technical employees.
• 5+ years of P&L reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Safety-minded with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations leadership for the Lithonia, GA Service Center.
• Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution.
• Oversee daily operations and logistics; ensure fleet maintenance, availability and reliability.
• Partner with sales, fleet, and logistics teams.
• Act as safety lead with toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Coach and develop 10+ technical employees; report to Regional Operations Leader.
