Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of service centers and allocate drivers/routes.
• Review performance plans and compare projected vs. actual results to drive improvements.
• Monitor dock operations and enforce standard work procedures.
• participate in new hire orientation and communicate policies and goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues to retain clients.
• Identify skill gaps and opportunities for development; supervise managers and supervisors.
